The U.S. should pre-emptively bomb North Korea
  • Bombing North Korea could initiate a nuclear war - Since North Korea has nuclear weapons, a bombing of North Korea could result in their detonating a nuclear weapon. This in turn could cause serious consequences throughout the world.
  • A bombing of North Korea would likely result in the bombing of South Korea - Seoul is only 35 miles from North Korea and would be a logical target by North Korea if it were attacked. South Korea would likely no longer be a U.S. ally if we caused bombing of their largest city.
  • Kim Jong Un is unpredictable - His actions are not only aggressive but one does not know what his next move is, making him even more dangerous.
  • North Korea's Kim Jong Un is dangerous - He is a ruthless ruler who is suspected of even killing his own brother. The only way he knows how to maintain power is by force.
With North Korea's nuclear weapons, increased missile testing and capabilities to reach continental U.S. the U.S. should pre-emptively bomb North Korea.
